This newly refurbished building is located in Webster Park (opposite the Offices of the Attorney General).  The building has onsite parking, yard space for containers, and a newly created entrance.  It is a total of 4,692 square feet, comprised of 1,050 square feet of air-conditioned administrative office, including a lunch room, two WCs and 3,402 square feet of warehouse space, with 1,050 square feet of light storage above the administrative space, accessed from the warehouse.  We have installed LED lights and translucent sheets in the warehouse area to make it energy efficient.

Rent

The monthly rent for the building is Bds. $8,000.00 + VAT per month, and includes:

- General building maintenance limited to systems installed by the landlord.

- Maintenance of landscaped area, yard, drainage and fence.

- Property tax and building insurance.
